This week we’re still feeling festive, and there’s an overwhelming abundance to see, hear and sample. From art and crafts to vinyl and beer. Go be merry…
the London Illustration Fair
at Hoxton Arches, London, from today until Sunday (29th-30th November). A range of illustrators will be selling their work so go along to meet some talented people including Cassandra Yap (above), gather some inspiration and maybe even purchase some special Christmas presents.
LISTEN & DRINK
at the only place to be this Saturday, 30th November. At Spitalfields, London, there will be an abundance of beer and records on offer. What a combination! The London Brewers Market
includes a range of London’s breweries and, as if that wasn’t exciting enough, the renowned The Independent Label market, which will have over 80 independent labels present, is taking place. This is a unique opportunity to discover and support new independent artists and beers. Get down and try and purchase limited edition vinyl and craft beer for yourself, or as a fantastic Christmas present.
WATCH the gripping new UK film, In Fear. Lost on their way to an Irish music festival Tom (Iain de Caestecker) and Lucy (Alice Englert) encounter some very creepy happenings. Interesting set-ups, a sparse plot and good acting make this new offering from director Jeremy Lovering a much wanted indicator of hope for the UK film industry.
to Manchester female foursome Pins, Christmas song. Even the most festive tune hating amongst you will be mesmerised by this jingle. These northerners are definitely ones to watch in 2014 and you can download this track from UrbanOutfitters
some silly fun knitwear now the temperatures are set to drop. Bedroom Factory Knits

this weekend so go along and say hi. The Craftaganza will be held on Sat 30th Nov / Sun 1st Dec and Sat 7th Dec / Sun 8th Dec

The latest lookbook from Urban Outfitters has got us dreaming of heading to Paris with their dreamy images shot by Lina Scheynius. We love the laid-back casual look mixed with the elegance of the backdrop of the french countryside and city streets.
Featuring casual denim, feminine shapes and washed out prints – it’s the perfect mix of romantic grunge and their signature edgy look that we love.
So now all the presents are carefully wrapped and put under the tree, the next problem on your list is what to wear on the big day. We’ve had our eyes on the Aubin and Wills Derring dress above, with it’s cute metallic polka dot detail it has just the right amount of sparkle.
Here are some more of our picks….
So while the rest of the country is talking about the recent snowfall, the Cellardoor girls were busy eyeing up the latest Spring/Summer looks at the recent New Look and Urban Outfitters press days. We know it’s far too early to be thinking about next season, it feels like we’ve only just left the Summer behind, but we couldn’t resist. Plus everyone likes a sneak peek right? We’re definitely girly girls at heart, so we’re excited to see a sprinkling of florals, gingham and polka dots back in our wardrobes.
We’re always excited about the new collections from Urban Outfitters, they always manage to steal our hearts. The whole concept of the store is just wonderful, and we’re obsessed with their clothes as well as the cute homewares. Next season seems to take on a travelling vibe, with ethnic print maxi dresses and adorable luggage cases. Plus check out the pretty map print bikini… we’re making our wishlists already!
Then we wandered over to New Look, and we were definitely in the Summer mood after sipping a glass of Pimms. We particularly liked the Secret Garden collection, and we’ve got our eyes on those floral wedges.
